what are your production/shipping times?

Because everything is Made To Order, please allow a total of 2-3 weeks for production processes and shipping.
I bought the wrong size, what do i do?

Send us and email so that we can assist you as soon as possible. We offer a store credit for any sizing issues/ changes of mind. A store credit will be created for you once we have received the item you wish to exchange. We do not cover the cost of posting the item back to us. However, along with your store credit, you will receive free shipping to balance out the cost of shipping the exchange item back. All items returned must meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy, in order to be eligible for a store credit.
My item is faulty or wrongly described.

If the clothing you receive is faulty or is wrongly described, we can offer a full refund or a store credit. To receive a full refund or store credit, the faulty items must be sent back to us. We do not cover the costs of posting the items back, however once we have received said faulty items, a refund of the shipping amount will be given. Photo evidence of the shipping costs will need to be provided to us by the customer, in order to receive postage refund.
Where is your clothing made and designed?

Currently our clothing is designed in Australia by brand founder Cassidy Commons. Our clothing is then made to order in either the US or China, depending on the item of clothing.
how do i make sure i choose the right size?

Finding the right size is easy with our item specific size charts. Each item of clothing will have a size guide linked to its page. Use this to check measurements and get an idea of what size you would like to order.
